摘要
本文测定了58名体育系男性学生推拿前后肢体血流量的变化情况,观察了推拿对家兔肌腱损伤后修复的影响的组织学和生物力学变化,发现推拿可以明显增加组织的血流量,加快损伤后的组织学修复和生物力学性质的恢复。探讨了推拿治疗软组织损伤的作用机理。
The effect of chinese manipulation on the blood volume of the legs in 58 male young athletes was studied by means of impedance rhcogram. The effect of Chinese manipulation on the healing of the imcomplete tendon rupture was also investigated on male rabbits by means of histology and biomechanies.
The results showed: 1) The blood flow was increased significantly within 10 minutes after Chinese manipulation; 2) The Chinese manipulation speeded up the reconstruction of the tissue structure; 3) The recovery of biomechanic properties was faster in treatment group than in the control group.
The mechanism of the Chinese manipulation was discussed. The increase of blood flow in the injured area after the Chinese manipulation plays avcry important role in the healing process of thc soft tissue injurics, sufficient blood flow provides necessary energy and nutrition for the healing process. As a resuit, the reconstruction of the tissue and the recovery of the function were accelarated.
