当今我国血管外科发展的机遇与挑战 被引量：4

摘要 21世纪以来,外周动脉性疾病(peripheral arterial disease,PAD)的发病率正以迅猛的速度逐年增长,病情也越来越复杂。静脉疾病发病率基本稳定,但基数比较大,血栓栓塞性疾病的危害性也不可小觑,肺栓塞的风险越来越受到重视。近年,国内血管腔内介入技术的兴起,血管外科的发展趋势从"巨创"走向"微创"。当前庞大的病源为微创血管外科提供了极佳的发展机遇。
