摘要
目的建立康力宝口服液高效液相色谱指纹图谱检测方法。方法以麦角甾苷为参照物,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Shi m-pack VP-ODS柱(4.6 mmID×150 mm,粒径5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-四氢呋喃-0.1 mol/L醋酸钠缓冲液(8∶8∶7∶77,冰醋酸调pH至4.0);流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长334 nm。结果标示出康力宝口服液13个共有峰。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,为康力宝口服液指纹图谱质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method of fingerprint chromatography to determine the content of Kaglibao oral liquid.Methods HPLC with Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6×150 mm,5μm)column was used.Mobile phase consisted of methanol,acetonitrile,tetrahydrofuran and 0.1 mol/L sodium acetate buffer(8∶8∶7∶77,pH adjusted to 4.0 with acetic acid glacial).Flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1.Detection wavelength was 334 nm.Results 13 peaks constituted the HPLC fingerprint of Kaglibao oral liquid.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control for Kaglibao oral liquid.
