羊水过少相关胎儿异常MRI诊断进展 被引量:3

摘要 超声(US)一直是胎儿畸形的首选检查方法,因为US无损伤、检查费用低、仪器普遍,并能实时成像。但是,US有其局限性,当羊水过少时,US显示胎儿结构受限,尤其是羊水过少时常合并双肺发育不良,US往往无法准确量化评价。此时,当羊水过少时,需要一种影像学方法来替代US完成胎儿结构及相关异常的产前评价。本文就羊水过少病因、羊水过少合并肺发育不良的可能机制、磁共振成像(MRI)对羊水过少相关异常尤其是肺发育不良的诊断价值以及羊水过少胎儿的预后进行综述。
