Progress of in situ forming microparticle drug delivery systems

摘要 目的介绍原位成型微粒药物传递系统(in situ forming microparticle,ISM)。方法查阅国内外相关文献25篇,进行分析、归纳和总结,重点从影响ISM系统突释的因素和肌肉毒性2个方面进行综述。结果ISM系统作为原位凝胶植入剂(insitu gelimplants)的一种改良形式,具有更加低的突释和更加低的肌肉毒性。结论这种新型传递系统将成为非胃肠道给药的一个很有希望的给药途径。 In situ forming microparticle (ISM) drug delivery systems,developed from in situ gel implants,, have been widely used for the long-term controlled delivery of various drugs due to the decreased burst release and lower myotoxicity. In this paper, the progress of in situ microparticles was reviewed and factors influencing burst release and myotoxicity were discussed.
