摘要
本文探索以关键字、属性、推断操作表达技术跟踪的收集、筛选和鉴别信息的机理,目的是为研究跟踪的思维活动和计算机仿真提供一个初步的模型。文中给出了一个超导技术跟踪的实例。
It is explored that the process of Technology Monitoring can be represented by the keywords processing, attributes processing and inferences processing, in order to provide a prototype of model for researching and simulating the cognitive process of TM done by human.
As an example, the TM of superconductor, is provided in this paper.
