摘要
“惯习”是沟通宏观与微观、结构和个体之间的桥梁,通过“惯习”的分析框架,我们发现中学行政管理制度有利于行政人员,不利于教师,行政人员日常言行也表现出轻教学的倾向。公办中学学校行政人员特有的“文化”———行政优于教学,就契合了布迪厄的文化再生产模式:结构———惯习———言行———结构。学校改革应从改革结构层面(制度)开始。
Habitus is the bridge of connecting t he macroscopic and the microcosmic,structure and individual.Through the analysis frame of habitu s,we find that the middle school admi nistration system is of benefit to th e ad-ministrators,but not to the teachers.Besides,administrators' daily speech and behaviour also disp lay the trend of making light of teaching.State -run middle school administrator' s unique culture———administration having priority to teaching is accordance with Bourd ieu' s cultural reproduction pattern:structure -habitus -speech and be-haviour -structure.The school chan ge ought to begin from reforming the s tructure.
