摘要
对目前温州地区小学体育教师的队伍现状与专业思想现状进行调研。温州地区小学体育教师队伍的年龄结构不合理,存在着素质参差不齐、骨干教师短缺、学历层次及专业混杂、多种身份教师并存、中高级职称比例偏低等问题;体育教师的工作量偏大;体育教师队伍相对稳定,但专业思想不够稳定。针对现状进行了客观分析,为今后小学体育教师队伍的发展方向、培养目标提出建议,旨在对小学体育工作的发展起到积极影响。
Through investigating and studying the current situation and professional attitude of physical education teachers in primary schools in Wenzhou,the structure of age of physical education teachers is unreasonable,the scarity of excellent physical education teachers,education level and major are not well fit to the criterion of existing concurrent post situation.The professional title is less in senior and secondary class with the elementary more.The physical education teachers have much more work to do.The team of physical education teachers is relatively stable and professional attitude need improving.It has put forward some suggestions for the future development direction of the team of physical education teachers and its fostering target,in order to prompt active influence in the development of physical work in elemental school.
