摘要
目的:探讨评价疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊的安全性,为其应用提供毒理学安全依据。方法:Wistar大鼠64只随机分为低(315 mg/Kg)、中(1 575 mg/Kg)、高剂量组(6 300 mg/Kg)及对照组(6 300 mg/Kg生理盐水)连续处理4周。观察各组大鼠体征、体质量、血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数、组织病理变化。结果:各组大鼠体征、体质量、血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数指标与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。主要脏器病理组织学检查未见明显异常。结论:疏肝消脂Ⅲ方胶囊规定剂量下服用安全可靠。
Objective:To evaluate the safety of Shugan Xiaozhi Capsule Ⅲ,thus providing toxicological safety basis for its application.Methods:Sixty-four experimental Wistar rats were randomly allocated to be treated with low-(315 mg/kg),medium-(1575 mg/kg) and high-dose(6300 mg/kg) Shugan Xiaozhi Capsule Ⅲ and natural saline(blank control group) for 4 consecutive weeks.This entailed the assessment of vital signs,weight,hematology,blood biochemistry,visceral coefficient and histopathological changes.Results:The differences in weight gain,hematology,blood biochemistry,visceral coefficient index were unremarkable(all P>0.05).No notable histological abnormalities of main organs were found.Conclusion:Shugan Xiaozhi Capsule IE is safe and reliable under recommended doses.
