摘要
根据铁路实现跨越式发展思路 ,我国高速铁路的建设发展势在必行。高速铁路建设和管理是一项庞大而复杂的系统工程。未来高速铁路的市场占有率及营销策略目标研究分析是高速铁路项目规划设计、建设和运营方案决策研究的一个组成部分。为此 ,作者借鉴国外经验并结合我国具体情况 ,运用现代市场营销学和运输组织学等理论方法 ,对于高速铁路市场占有率和营销策略进行了系统的分析和探讨 。
In accordance with guideline of developing the railway by the way of leaping forward, the construction of high-speed railway is the only choice of China. The study and analysis of the share rate and the goal of marketing strategy in the future high-speed railway are the important component of the project decision making and the planning of the business management. Therefore, base on the experience of foreign countries and the real condition of China, and taking the advantage of theory of modern marketing and transportation operations management, the author made systematic analysis of this issue and gave out some very useful policy suggestions.
