摘要
政府热线服务已成为解决群众诉求的重要渠道之一,国外也纷纷开展政府热线服务,提高公众满意度。本文将围绕政府热线概念解析、国外政府热线实践、国外政府热线绩效评价策略分析3部分,共同解析政府热线在各国的发展情况以及相关绩效评价分析。
Government hotline service has become an important channel for the public to appeal to. Foreign government hotline services have conducted hotline services to improve the public’s satisfaction. This paper will focus on the three parts, including the concept, practice and performance evaluation strategy of foreign government hotlines, in order to analyze the development situation and relevant performance evaluation analysis of government hotline in different countries.
