摘要
对以蚕丝纤维和黏胶纤维为原料制造蚕丝水刺非织造布的工艺和抗菌整理工艺进行了研究，并对该抗菌材料的力学性能、柔软性和抗菌性能进行了测试。结果表明：随着蚕丝纤维含量的增加，蚕丝水刺非织造布的力学性能和柔软性提高；用抗菌剂质量分数为0．2％～0．3％的整理剂进行整理，蚕丝水刺非织造布即具有良好的抗菌效果，对皮肤无刺激性，且未见皮肤变态反应。
The production process of silk and viscose fibers spunlaced nonwovens and anti-bacteria treatment technique were studied .The mechanical performance and softness as well as anti-bacteria property of the material were tested .It was indicated that the mechanical performance and softness of silk spunlaced nonwovens would be better along with the increase of silk fiber content .With 0 .2%~0 .3% anti-baterial agent applied, silk spunlaced nonwovens have excellent performance on antibacterial effect , and have no irritation and allergic reaction to the skin .
