摘要
本文以贵港职业学院配送作业实务课程教学的中存在的诸如:重在理论的教学讲授,实训较少,且缺乏系统性;教师配送作业技能需要提高;考核方式单一,存在考核误区等一些问题,提出了以工作过程为导向,重新构建课程教学体系,充实并优化教学内容;进行一体化教学;加强对配送作业实务课程师资的培养;改革考核方式,注重过程考核等一些解决问题的思路,借以起到抛砖引玉的作用。
