摘要
在分析近几届模具设计与制造专业学生的岗位就业情况的基础上,研究了其职业岗位能力及职责。基于职业岗位群,结合"课堂工场化,工场课堂化"和理实一体化,以模具设计与制造专业为例,开发出了体现职业岗位群的课程体系。以"模具CAD/CAE"课程实施为例,结果表明:激发了学生的学习兴趣、提高了教学效率及质量和增强了学生的岗位就业竞争力。
Through the analysis of jobs for the recent majors of Mold Design and Manufacturing,this paper studies their professional skills and responsibilities. Based on the professional posts,combining classroom with work-site and integrating theory with practice,the paper develops the professional posts-oriented curriculum system,taking Mold Design and Manufacturing Major as an example. Meanwhile,it takes the course Mold CAD / CAE as an example,and the result shows that this design can stimulate students' interest in learning, improve the teaching efficiency and quality and increasing the students' employment competitiveness.
