摘要
随着城市化进程加快、城市规模扩张,遗址用地与城市建设用地关系紧张、遗址本体的破坏与遗址环境整体性地破坏等问题日趋严重。本文以古都洛阳为研究对象,判别洛阳市具有重要历史价值的自然、文化遗产。运用最小累积阻力模型和GIS空间分析技术,模拟遗产体验休闲活动空间扩张状况;分析确定适宜建立廊道的区域,从而研究洛阳遗产廊道网络构建的新途径,提出构建自然文化遗产廊道保护空间网络。从而高效地保护城市遗产资源,维护遗产体验过程的连续性和完整性以及自然和文化景观共生关系,为探索洛阳遗产的保护模式和历史文化名城保护提供新的视角。进而,最大限度地完整保护我国遗产资源的特殊价值,实现自然文化遗产的可持续保存、传承与发展。
Along with the development of urbanization,urban expansion and ecological environment changes,the relationship between the heritage site and urban land-use is tense,and the destruction problems of the heritage itself and its surrounding environment become more and more serious.The natural and cultural heritage of our country also faces the problems of islanding and fragmentation.At the present,the guidance and basis of macroscopic spatial pattern which is based on the protection of heritage resources is relatively weak,and the management coordination platform of heritage protection and space utilization has not been perfected yet.The paper takes the ancient capital of Luoyang as the research object,identifies the cultural heritage of Luoyang,which has an important historical value,and probes into the spatial distribution characteristics of the heritage elements.The calculation of accumulative landscape resistance is based on the cost-distance from the sources(heritage sites)to any point in the landscape.Different types of land-use and land covers contribute quite differently to the resistance,and their weights are determined based on the evaluation by experts and questionnaire surveys of the local people.Using minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model and geographic information system(GIS)spatial analysis technology,it simulates the space expansion state of heritage experience recreation,analyzes and identifies the suitability of potential areas for heritage corridors.Therefore,a new approach of heritage corridor suitability construction is proposed in the study.Finally,the paper puts forward the new way to construct the space network to protect natural and cultural heritage.In the real background of the increasing attention of the man-land relationship,increasing of urban population density and lack of recreational resources,the construction of heritage corridor network which includes four key themes for the protection of cultural heritage,such as natural landscape,heritage leisure and non-motorized vehicle lane,effectively protect urban heritage resources,maintain the continuity and integrity of heritage experience process,and the symbiotic relationship between natural and cultural landscape.The results of the research can provide a new perspective for exploring the heritage protection mode of Luoyang and the protection of historical and cultural cities.Furthermore,it can completely protect the special value of our heritage resources in the broadest sense,strengthen the overall image of our heritage sites,then to realize the sustainable conservation,inheritance and development of the natural and cultural heritage.
