飞机机身部件工艺分离面切割装置的研制 被引量:3

摘要 针对飞机部件工艺分离面切割加工工艺及切割装置进行了研究。调查了目前国内飞机部件工艺分离面的手工切割工艺现状,根据飞机总装对工艺分离面的装配精度要求,分析了现场工况条件,确定了飞机部件工艺分离面锯切工艺技术方案,研制了一套飞机部件工艺分离面切割装置。切割装置采用气源气压作为驱动动力,曲线导轨进行环形导向,固定链传动实现周向进给传动。进行了切割装置的工艺试验研究,优化了飞机部件工艺分离面蒙皮余量切割工艺参数。经过实际产品的切割,切割面的综合误差在±0.3 mm以内,表面粗糙度值不大于R a6.3μm,实现了飞机部件工艺分离面蒙皮余量的自动切割。 Cutting process and cutting tool for production break of aircraft fuselage had been researched. Internal status of manual cutting process for production break of aircraft fuselage had been investigated. Analyzed working condition,technical scheme of sawing process for production break of aircraft fuselage had been determined according to aircraft final assembly accuracy requirements to the production break. A set of cutting tool had developed for production break of aircraft fuselage which used pneumatic supply as power,used curve guide and fixed chain drive to realize circle feed. Process test research had been finished used the cutting tool,and cut process parameters of the production break skin margin had been optimized. Via product cutting,the comprehensive error of surface is within ± 0. 3 mm,and the surface roughness does not be larger than R a 6. 3 μm. It is realized that the production break skin margin had been cut automatically.
