行医原则与多学科诊疗模式的思考 被引量：10

摘要 近年来，恶性肿瘤的总体发病率在我国呈明显上升趋势，虽然新的诊断和治疗手段日新月异，但是我国肿瘤的治疗中存在相当大的随意性和不规范性，因此大肠癌5年存活率的提高仍不明显［1］。多学科专家组诊疗（ multidisciplinary team ， MDT ）模式已成为肿瘤治疗的模式和发展方向，肿瘤的治疗方式也从单纯的手术切除转向由手术治疗为主的多学科综合治疗，在术前、术中及术后，必须始终贯穿MDT治疗理念。鉴于我国特殊的医疗国情，MDT模式还仅限于建立在发达地区少数医院，肿瘤的治疗存在着相当大的随意性，因此，规范肿瘤治疗，充分利用和优化配置现有医疗卫生资源，构建区域协同医疗系统，推广MDT治疗模式已经迫在眉睫。
