摘要
本文通过对我院幼儿园学龄前儿童一周的中餐及全天膳食中蛋白质量的调查,发现热量、蛋白质、糖、维生素B1、C及钙的供给不足,指出应改进食谱,合理调配,提高以上营养素的含量,以确保学龄前儿童健康成长.
Through the investigation about nutrition of lunches and protein content of the weekly food in the kindergarten of our college. this paper finds out that the food can not supply enough calory. protein. carbohydrate, Vitamin B,. Vitamin C and calcium for our children. It points out that we should improve the recipe and add nutrition content in order to ensure that the preschool children grow up healthily.
