摘要
目的：通过比较封堵取石导管联合 URL 与 PCNL 手术效果，探索封堵取石导管临床应用价值。方法：2013年1月~2013年12月共收治60例输尿管上段结石患者，按单盲随机分为封堵取石导管联合输尿管镜碎石取石术和经皮肾镜碎石取石术两组，通过分析平均手术时间、术中出血量、术中输尿管撕脱、术后镇痛药使用、术后并发症及患者住院时间、医疗费用等指标，进行疗效比较。结果：两组在平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛药使用、结石残留及住院时间、医疗费用等方面存在差异，有统计学意义(P ＜0??05)。结论：封堵取石导管联合输尿管镜碎石取石术在治疗输尿管上段结石中临床实际应用中安全有效，价值高，值得推广。
