甲状腺微小癌B超诊断及临床诊治探讨

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺微小癌B超诊断和临床诊治效果。方法对我院在2009年02月~2013年2月收治的60例甲状腺微小癌患者使用B超诊断治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术前B超诊断疑为甲状腺癌的患者占39例(65.0%),术中冰冻切片诊断为甲状腺微小癌患者占55例(91.7%);39例疑似患者经术中冰冻切片诊断,全部确诊为甲状腺微小癌。结论术前B超诊断和术中冰冻病理检查应用于甲状腺微小癌的临床诊疗中,效果显著,值得广泛应用和推广。
