摘要
本文重点研究松香甘油酯、环烷油4010、聚异丁烯(PIB)三类连续相基质及用量对医用水胶体敷料粘合性能的影响,并对其作用机理作了初步探讨。结果表明:随着松香甘油酯用量的增加,水胶体敷料的初粘性和180°剥离强度均出现先上升后下降的情况,当松香甘油酯的比例为23.36%时,初粘力与180°剥离强度同时达到峰值;环烷油4010含量为9.90%时初粘性和180°剥离强度达到峰值,继续增加其用量,初粘性和180°剥离强度急剧减小;随着PIB用量的增加,初粘性和180°剥离强度逐渐增大,PIB含量为12.90%时达到最大值,继续增加其用量,初粘性和180°剥离强度均下降。
This article focuses on rosin glyceride, naphthenic oil 4010, PIB dosage of three kinds of continuous phase and the matrix effect on the properties of medical adhesive hydrocolloid dressings, and to make a preliminary discussion on its mechanism of action. The results show that With the increase of dosage of rosin glyceride, hydrocolloid dressings, initial adhesion and 180° peel strength are a drop in after the first rise, when 23.36% of rosin glyceride, viscous force and at the beginning of 180° peel strength peaked at the same time; Naphthenic oil content of 4010 was 9.90% at the beginning of peak viscosity and 180° peel strength, continue to increase its dosage, initial adhesion and 180° peel strength decreases sharply; With the increase of dosage of PIB, initial adhesion and 180° peel strength increases gradually, reached the maximum when the content of PIB was 12.90%, continue to increase its dosage and initial adhesion 180° peel strength decreased.
