摘要
利用纺织技术编织负泊松比材料越来越受重视。线圈串接的可折叠负泊松比材料是基于织物中正面线圈和反面线圈的不平衡结构引起的织物皱折、收缩而在生产过程结束后形成一种浮雕效果。可折叠纬编织物在不同领域具有潜在应用,如用于功能性服装、运动服、医疗保健、包装、减震降噪等场合。现阶段的研究目标是研究原料组成、线圈密度、结构参数,如循环数、突起棱宽/循环大小的比值对线圈串接针织物折叠效果的影响。第一系列试样为方形结构的锯齿形图案,即循环单元中横列数和纵列数相等,且从最大循环24×24减少至最小的4×4。第二系列是以不同宽度的锯齿形和一个恒定的横列数为循环单元,循环从最宽的24×24到最窄的4×24,在这个系列中,棱的宽度有限制,研究了形成棱的线圈数量对结构的折叠效果的影响。
The use of textile technology to fabricate auxetic materials is attracting more and more attention. The auxetic effect of foldable links-links structures is based on the structural disequilibrium of face and reverse loops,which causes the fabric to crease,contract,and form into a distinctive relief after the production process.Foldable weft knitted fabrics have potential applications in different fields,such as functional clothing,sportswear,medical care,packaging,sound and shock absorption,etc. The objective of the presented research was to investigate the influence of material composition,loop density,and structural parameters such as size of the repeat and rib width /repeat size ratio on the folding effect of selected links-links knitted fabrics. The first series of samples with a zigzag pattern was produced with square repeats,i. e. the same number of courses and wales in a repeat,decreasing from the biggest 24 ×24 to the smallest 4 ×4. The second series was produced with different widths of a zigzag line and a constant number of courses in a repeat,ranging from the widest 24 × 24 to the narrowest 4 × 24. In the second case,the limit width of the rib,i. e.the number of loops forming a rib,needed to cause the folding effect of the structure was investigated.
