封闭式负压引流技术在糖尿病足溃疡治疗中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察负压封闭引流术(VSD)在糖尿病足溃疡治疗中的效果。方法糖尿病足溃疡患者63例,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(30例),观察组采用创面清创以及VSD,对照组采用传统换药方法,对比两组患者足部溃疡创面的愈合时间、疼痛、感染等发生情况。结果两组的愈合情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中溃疡程度相同的患者创面愈合时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05);观察组患者疼痛发生率、感染发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 VSD比常规换药更能促进糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合,缩短伤口愈合时间,减轻患者痛苦、降低患处的感染率。
