摘要
目的探讨恩施硒茶多酚的抗衰老作用及其机制。方法复制D-半乳糖小鼠衰老模型,将60只昆明种小鼠按体质量随机分6组(n=10):空白组,模型组,香菇菌多糖组和恩施硒茶多酚低、中、高剂量组,分别给予生理盐水、D-半乳糖、香菇菌多糖、恩施硒茶多酚。测定胸腺和脾脏指数,取血、肝、脑测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)。结果恩施硒茶多酚能显著提高衰老模型小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数;显著降低MDA含量并提高SOD、GSH-Px和CAT活力。结论恩施硒茶多酚可通过增强机体免疫功能、提高机体抗氧化能力和直接清除自由基等方面发挥其延缓衰老的作用。
Objective To explore the anti-aging mechanism of enshi selenium tea polyphenols. Methods Aging model was reproduced by D-galaltose. According to the weight,60 rats were divided into randomly( n = 10) : the blank,model,Lentinan chronic and low-, medium-,and high-dose enshi selenium tea polyphenols groups with physiological saline,D-galaltos,Mushroom polysaccharide and astragalus polysaccharides offered to them respectively. Thymus index and spleen index were determined,and blood,liver,and brain were extracted to measure MDA,SOD,GSH-Px and CAT. Results Enshi selenium tea polyphenols could remarkably improve thymus index and spleen index of aging model mice,reduce the content of MDA and improve the vitality of SOD,GSH-Px and CAT. Conclusions Enshi selenium tea polyphenols can delay aging process by strengthening the immune function of organism and improving the oxidation resistance ability and directly removing free radicals.
