电压门控性钾通道在缺氧性肺动脉高压中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肺动脉高压是临床常见病,多种心、肺血管疾病均可引起,其特征是肺动脉压力持续升高,右心室的后负荷不断增加,从而导致进行性的右心衰竭甚至死亡。近年来,国内外学者研究发现钾通道的表达和活性与肺动脉高压的形成关系密切。肺动脉高压的形成主要涉及肺血管收缩和肺血管构型重建两个方面〔1,2〕。
