摘要
在水电站计算机监控系统中,采用发电机进行水库的水位控制是一个新的课题。通过建立数学模型,提出了一种PLC控制水库水位的方法,该方法采用PID控制器,以水轮发电机组作为执行机构,采用闭环控制方式,通过调整机组出力达到控制水位的目的。实现了发电机组联合控制水位的技术,在工程的实际应用取得了很好的效果。结果表明,PID控制能够应用与水电站的水位控制领域,选择准确度的数学模型以及合适的PID参数对控制效果有很大的影响。
Water level control of reservoir is a new subject in the hydropower plant automatic control field. Aimed at this issue,through establishment of mathematical model,this paper came up with an approach that PLC takes up the main role as controlling reservoir water level. In the mode of close-loop control,the approach adopts PID controller giving orders to the units,which leads to adjustment of reservoir water level achieved by regulating unit MW output,realizing the technology of joint control of water level by the unit. This approach has been proven desirable in the practical use.
