摘要
以过氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)和四乙烯五胺(TEPA)为氧化还原引发体系,以天然胶乳为原料,丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰胺为吸水单体,通过接枝共聚反应制得耐盐型吸水膨胀天然橡胶(SRWSNR)。研究了RSWSNR的制备条件,重点研究了阳离子价态、盐溶液浓度、环境温度等因素对SRWSNR吸水倍率的影响,并对SRWSNR进行重复吸水能力、水的状态及热失重过程的分析。结果表明:SRWSNR的吸水倍率随阳离子化合价数、盐溶液浓度增高而减小;SRWSNR在生理盐水中的吸水倍率随温度的升高而增大;SRWSNR的重复吸水能力较好;SRWSNR在吸水过程中水先是以束缚水的状态存在,后是以自由水形式随吸水率的增加而不断增加;SRWSNR在163.5℃时达到失水平衡。
Salt resisting water swelling natural rubber(SRWSNR)was prepared with natural rubber grafted with acrylic acid sodium and acrylic-amide by using CHP/TEPA oxidation-reduction system.Preparation condition of the SRWSNR was discussed.The effects on the swelling ratio of the SRWSNR in salt solution with various cation valence and diverse concentration and different environment temperature were investigated.The capacity of repeat water adsorption was measured,and the state of water in the SRWSNR was also studied.Thermogravimetric analysis of the SRWSNR was performed.The results show that the swelling ratio of the SRWSNR in salt solution decreases with increasing salt concentration and cation valence,increases as the temperature goes up.The capacity of repeat water adsorption keeps good.The water in the SRWSNR exist as bound water at first and then increase as free water with the increasing swelling ratio.Dehydration of the SRWSNR reaches equilibrium at 163.5℃.
