摘要
本文提出发展篮球运动员的专项耐力素质,应着重提高无氧能力,并依据人体在负氧债情况下剧烈活动时能量代谢的规律,归纳和推出用不同负荷强度对篮球运动员进行“非乳酸性”与“乳酸性”无氧耐力训练的有效途径和方法。
This essay puts forward that it should stress on improving the players' exercise ability without O2 to develop the endurance quality of basketball players. It has also summarized and put forward effective mothods for endurance training without O2 by various exercise intensity.
