摘要
目的:总结血液透析患者进行自体大隐静脉移植动静脉内瘘手术的配合体会。方法:对10例自体大隐静脉移植动静脉内瘘手术进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组中术后1例发生血栓,其余均使用良好,未发生出血、感染等并发症。结论:术中医护人员娴熟的技术和配合,是保证动静脉内瘘手术成功的关键。
[Objective] To sum up the experience of intraoperative nursing care in autologous saphenous vein graft for arteriovenous fistula operation in hemodialysis patients.[Method] Retrospective analysis was carried out.[Result] There was one case of thrombosis.All of the other patients healed without complications of bleeding and infection.[Conclusion] Adept skills and cooperations of the health-care providers are the guarantee of the successful operation in arteriovenous fistulas.
