摘要
目的:探讨双钢板综合康复治疗肱骨髁间骨折的方法。方法:采用双钢板辅助综合康复疗法治疗肱骨髁间骨折52例。所有病例行后路经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,使用双钢板内固定辅助综合康复治疗。结果:随访时间3～12个月,Mayo肘关节功能评分:优18例;良25例;可3例;差6例。优良率82.7%。结论:双钢板综合康复治疗肱骨髁间骨折是一种良好的治疗方法。
[Objective]To discuss the effectiveness of the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture by dual steel plate.[Method]We use comprehensive rehabilitation operation to treat 52 patients of humeral intercondylar fracture by dual steel plate.[Result]Follow - up visit of 52 patients were performed for three to twelve months after operation. According to the Mayo standard for evaluation of elbow - joint:18 patients are best,25 patients are good,3 patients are general and 6 patients are bad.[Conclusion]The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of humeral intercondylar fracture combined with dual steel plate is a good method.
