摘要
本文结合笔者多年建筑工程造价管理工作实践经验,并根据建筑工程造价实际控制内容要点,分别从建筑工程项目的前期投资决策阶段、建筑设计阶段、施工阶段和竣工验收阶段对建筑工程造价管理和控制的重点要点进行了详细的分析阐述,并对工程造价有效管理和控制的实质意义进行了总结。
This text combines author's fabrication cost management practical experience of the construction work for many years,and based on the main point of the content actually according to the fabrication cost of the construction work,since the previous investment decision stage of project of the building separately,the key main point managed and controlling to the fabrication cost of the construction work at stage building design phase,construction stage and final acceptance of construction has carried on detailed analysis to explain,and the essence meaning that managed and controlling effective to fabrication cost of the project has been summarized.
