摘要
目的:探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术(uvulopalatopharyngoplasty,UPPP)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的疗效。方法:48例确诊为OSAHS接受UPPP治疗的患者,对术前和术后6个月PSG资料进行分析。结果:48例术后随访6个月:治愈24例,有效10例,显效6例,无效8例;有效率达到83.3%(40/48)。结论:应用UPPP术式治疗OSAHS是安全有效的。
Objective To seek the effect of uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP)of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Patients with OSAHS confirmed by polysomnography(PSG)was chosen.48 patients with OSAHS were completed PSG studies of more than 6 months after UPPP.Results The follow-up period of 48 patients was 6 months,24 cases were cases had notable effects;6 cased had effects;8 cases had no effects.The effective rate was 83.3%(40/48).Conclusions UPPP is a safe and effective treatment method for OSAHS.
