摘要
目的探讨六字诀呼吸操对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生活质量的影响,为COPD患者的康复提供一种简便、价廉、有效的康复护理方法。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究,将纳入研究的60例中、重度COPD稳定期患者随机分为试验组和对照组。两组同时给予常规的健康教育,试验组进行六字诀呼吸操训练,对照组进行全身呼吸操训练,训练时间均为3个月,1次/d,30 m in/次。训练后应用圣乔治呼吸问卷(St.George′s Resp ira-tory Questionnaire,SGRQ)评价训练效果。结果试验组和对照组SGRQ各项评分均显著降低(P<0.01),但在活动能力受限,疾病影响、总评分方面试验组较对照组降低幅度大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六字诀呼吸操可以显著提高COPD患者的生活质量,总体效果优于全身呼吸操,且在提高患者日常生活活动能力,减轻疾病对心理社会影响方面效果更佳。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of six-character formula respiratory gymnastics on quality of life(QOL) in patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to seek an efficacious,cheap,easy rehabilitation method for patients with COPD.Methods A prospective randomized study was conducted on 60 enrolled patients who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in both groups were given routine treatment and health education,while those in the experimental group were given six-character formula respiratory gymnastics training and those in the control group were given whole body respiratory gymnastics training.All patients took training for three months,30 minutes per time every day.St·George′s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)scores were used to evaluate the training effects before and after respiratory gymnastics.Results After 3-month training,the mean scores of SGRQ(respiratory symptom score,limited activity score,disease impact score,total score) in both groups were all decreased significantly(P<0.01).The scores of limited activities and disease impacts were decreased to a significantly larger extent in experimental group(P<0.05),while no significant difference in score of respiratory symptoms was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Six-character formula respiratory gymnastics can significantly improve the quality of life of COPD patients,and the overall effect is superior to that of Whole Body Respiratory Gymnastics,especially in improving daily activities and reducing the impact of COPD.
