含孔复合材料层合板拉伸强度研究 被引量:21

摘要 对含孔复合材料层合板的破坏模式和拉伸强度进行了研究,考查了孔的直径和形状对层合板强度的影响.通过实验研究,测量出含孔层合板的强度.利用有限元软件ABAQUS的子程序USDFLD建立了逐渐损伤失效模型,对层合板的强度进行了数值模拟.研究结果表明,数值模拟得到的强度值和实验测量的强度值吻合较好,文中建立的数值模型可以有效地预测含孔层合板的强度. 对含孔复合材料层合板的破坏模式和拉伸强度进行了研究,考查了孔的直径和形状对层合板强度的影响.通过实验研究,测量出含孔层合板的强度.利用有限元软件ABAQUS的子程序USDFLD建立了逐渐损伤失效模型,对层合板的强度进行了数值模拟.研究结果表明,数值模拟得到的强度值和实验测量的强度值吻合较好,文中建立的数值模型可以有效地预测含孔层合板的强度.
