防止静脉推药时微量空气进入血管的方法

摘要 目的探讨静脉推药时防止微量空气进入血管中的方法,从而减少感染机会及一些不良后果。方法随机将86位病人分为常规组与改良组,常规组采用传统的输液操作,而改良组则在推药前回抽血液达头皮针管内5cm以上并在静脉推药结束后先打开输液器调节夹等方法。结果常规组与改良组在空气进入情况上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良静脉推药法安全、可靠,可以弥补常规静脉推药法的不足。 Objectives To find out an effective way to prevent small amount of air from entering the vein during the process of intravenous injection, reducing the occurrence of infection and side effects. Methods Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into normal and improved groups. Traditional transfusion method was used in the normal group, while in the improved group the following methods were used such as extracting blood over 5 cm of scalp needle catheter before injection and opening conditioner of transfusion system after venous infusion. Result There is significant difference (P < 0.01) on the state of air between the normal group and the improved group. Conclusion The improved method used in the intravenous injection is safe and reliable,which makes up the weakness of traditional injection.
