摘要
工程项目实施的复杂性、长期性和动态性决定了工程变更是不可避免的,工程变更对合同价格和合同工期具有很大的破坏性,因此,明确工程变更的概念及其特征,分析目前我国工程变更管理存在的问题,并在此基础上制定工程变更控制措施将有助于项目工期和投资目标的实现。
The complexity、long-term and dynamic characteristic of project implementation result in the inevitable of the process of engineering change.It is very destructive to contract price and contract period.Therefore,we definite the concept and its features of engineering change,and analysis current problems of engineering change management in our country,On this basis put forward the countermeasures,which will help to Implement project period and investment goals.
