摘要
目的了解1990年与2009年某三级甲等医院住院患者的疾病构成及其变化趋势,为医院合理地配置卫生资源,完善医院管理模式,满足人民群众防病、治病提供理论依据。方法整理分析1990年、2009年住院患者的病案资料。结果 1990年与2009年疾病构成有显著性差异(P<0.01),2009年肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病为住院患者的主要病种,分别占11.89%、11.81%、10.87%。结论医院应根据医院疾病构成变化的趋势,合理配置卫生资源。
Objectives To learn disease proportion and change trend of hospitalization patients between 1990 and 2009 in one hospital,and to provide basis for allocating health resources,consummating hospital management mode,and meeting the need for disease prevention and control.Methods Medical record of 1990 and 2009 were analyzed.Results Disease proportion between 1990 and 2009 existed significance difference(P<0.01).The main entities in 2009 were tumor,disease of respiratory system and circulatory disease,respectively taking up 11.89%,11.81% and 10.87%.Conclusions According to the disease proportion change trend of this hospital,we should reasonably allocate health resources.
