摘要
目的分析患者对社区卫生服务的满意度,推动社区卫生服务的发展。方法采用典型调查方法在湖北省十堰市城区分别选取了2个社区卫生服务中心及2个社区卫生服务站,对就诊患者发放并收回社区卫生服务满意度问卷200份。结果患者对社区卫生服务的总满意率为90%,其中对"医务人员服务态度"的满意率最高为98%,而对医疗设备、健康教育满意度最差,分别为84.5%和68.5%。结论医疗设备、健康教育是影响患者满意度的重要因素。
Objectives To explore patient satisfaction on community health services so as to promote the development of community health services.Methods Patient questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 residents in 2 community health centers and 2 stations in Shiyan by using typical investigation method. Results Overall patient satisfaction rate on community health services was 90%. The satisfaction rate of health professionals' attitude was 98%,while the lowest rate was medical equipment and health education,only 84.5%,68.5% respectively.Conclusions Medical equipment and health education could be key determinants of patient satisfaction.
