摘要
目的分析广州市不同行政属类公立医院住院医疗服务开展情况,为广州市公立医院改革提供数据支持。方法对广州市75家公立医院2009年医院统计报表数据分析,分析其床位数、出院人次、住院费、床位使用率的情况。结果部省市属医院床位数占总床位数的75.9%,出院人次占69.9%,住院费总费用占88.8%;75家公立医院平均床位使用率90.64%;部省市属医院平均住院费均大于13000元,而区县医院和企业医院不足6000元,差异有统计学显著性意义。结论广州市公立医院住院服务供给紧张,扩大区县所属基层医院的床位规模,是一个经济实惠的可以提高广州市住院服务提供能力的方法。
Objectives To analyze the medical service of the hospitals funded by different administration in Guangzhou City,and to provide data support for reform of public medical hospital in Guangzhou City.Methods The medical statistics data in 2009 of 75 public medical hospitals in Guangzhou City,including the sickbed number,inpatients number,inpatients expenditure and the rate of using sickbed were analyzed. Results The proportions of sickbed number,the inpatients number and the income of the 35 public hospitals funded by health ministry,province government and city government were 75.9%,69.9% and 88.8% respectively in the 75 public hospitals in Guangzhou city. The average expenditure funds of per inpatients of the hospital funded were above 13 000 RMB,those funded by county government and enterprise were under 6 000 RMB,the difference was significant in statistics.Conclusions The state of inpatient service is deficient in Guangzhou city. It is the economical way to enhance the ability of inpatients services that enlarge the hospital funded by county government in Guangzhou city.
