摘要
以柿竹园钨、铋、钼多金属尾矿为主要原料,配以适量SiO2、Al2O3调整组分,制备了SiAlON陶瓷粉体。研究了Z值和保温时间对产物的影响。结果表明:Z值大小受配料组成、烧结制度、保温时间、气氛等诸多因素影响。选择合理工艺参数,可得到合适Z值产物,使粉体具有良好烧结性。控制Z值不过大,易得到长柱状晶为主的混合粉体,可以增加陶瓷材料韧性。充分的保温时间,有利于成核-生长过程充分完成,是晶粒完全生长的必要条件,但高温下保温时间过长又会降低产物晶粒长径比。实验中,1600℃,保温8 h,氮气流量0.8 L/min,得到了Ca-α-SiAlON和少量SiC为主的混合粉体,且形貌以长柱状为主。
SiAlON powders were prepared using W,Bi and Mo mutti-metals tailings as raw materials,proper SiO2 and Al2O3 adjusting component.Effect of Z-value and holding time on the prodacts were investigated.The results showed that Z-value is affected by composition,sintering schedule,holding time and atmosphere.Proper Z-value products were prepared under reasonable synthesis parameters and the sintering property of powders was good.The elongated grains were produced when Z-value is not too large and the ceramic toughness is well.Full holding time is helpful to finish the nucleation and growth stage completely.Meanwhile,the over length holding time under high temperature can decrease aspect ratio of products.In this experiment,products were prepared at 1600 ℃ for 8 h and 0.8 L/min nitrogen flow.Ca-α-SiAlON and SiC was main crystal phase in mixed powders and microstructures of specimens were elongated grains.
