摘要
着重介绍环氧树脂结合料的性能及ERC的路用性能,针对钢桥的受力和变形特性,进行了环氧树脂结合料性能试验研究(包括强度测试、弯曲变形能力测试和抗紫外线老化性能测试)和ERC的路用性能研究(包括强度试验、高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和温缩试验).结果表明:新环氧树脂胶黏剂不仅在常温和中温下有足够的强度,低温下也具有良好的韧性,使铺装材料具有良好的热稳定性和低温变形能力,抗老化能力优良;ERC具有抗压强度高、低温变形能力强、高温抗车辙能力好等优点,是一种强度高、路用性能好的材料,可作为桥面的铺装层或路面表面层.
This paper emphasizes on introducing various properties of epoxy resin adhesive and the pavement performance of epoxy resin concrete(ERC).Stressing on the force and deformation properties of steel bridge,performance experimental research(including strength test,bending deformability test,and ultraviolet radiation resistant test) on adhesive and pavement performance research(including strength test,rutting test at high temperature,bending test at low temperature,and temperature shrinking experiment) on ERC are carried out.Experimental results show that the new epoxy resin adhesive not only has sufficient strength under normal temperature and medium temperature,but also possesses excellent toughness under low temperature.It endows paving materials with good thermal stability,low temperature deformability and anti-aging capacity.The ERC has advantages of high compressive strength,strong low-temperature deformability and good high-temperature anti-rutting capacity.It is a high-strength material with good pavement performance and it can be used as bridge pavement and road surface layer.
