伊曲康唑在血液病化疗后真菌感染的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察研究伊曲康唑(西安杨森)在血液系统恶性肿瘤患者化疗后继发真菌感染治疗中的剂量选择、确切疗效、不良反应等,以期为治疗血液科真菌感染的药物选择提供参考。方法回顾分析20例血液系统恶性肿瘤化疗后继发真菌感染患者接受伊曲康唑治疗后的相关临床资料。结果 20例患者中痊愈12例,显效5例,进步2例,无效1例,其中无效病例因并发症死亡。所有患者除死亡1例外用药后均未发现明显肝肾功能损害等常见不良反应。结论伊曲康唑在治疗血液系统恶性肿瘤患者化疗后继发的真菌感染中有较肯定的疗效,且不良反应少。此经验值得临床医师借鉴和推广。
