摘要
分析现行使用的田坎系数的缺陷,从影响田坎系数的主要因素出发,结合目前正在开展的第二次土地调查工作,提出"分区抽样法",构建了田坎系数统一测算的技术框架,为准确查清耕地面积,加强耕地保护提供基础。
