摘要
该研究以稻壳为原料,采用热解的方法对稻壳进行热解实验。结果表明:热解温度在100~300℃范围内,气态产物的产量和产率较高,其低位热值大约为10 792 kJ/m3左右,属中等热值的可燃气,可直接作为民用燃气使用;热解温度在100~300℃范围内,液态产物的产出量和产出率也都最高,但绝对产量都相对较少,在能源化利用方面效果不明显;固态产物主要是稻壳炭,随温度的升高,产量和产率逐渐减小,并趋于恒定,稻壳炭也可直接作为燃料使用。
This study focused on the pyrolysis of rice husks.Results showed that within a pyrolytic temperature range of 100300℃,the yield and rate of gaseous products were both high,and the lower calorific value was about(10?792)?kJ?m^3,which indicated that the products belonged to combustible gas with medium calorific value and could be used directly as civil gas.High yield and rate of liquid products were also achieved but with a relatively low absolute output,and thus could not be used widely for energy-oriented resources.The major component of the solid products was rice husk charcoal,and its yield and rate both declined and tended to be invariable with the increase of temperature.The rice husk charcoal could also be used directly for combustion.
