Study on recovery of gasoline vapor by carbonaceous adsorbents

摘要 分别以活性炭和活性炭纤维为吸附剂吸附回收油气,比较了两者油气吸附性能的差异,研究结果表明:在相同的吸附条件下,活性炭纤维对油气的穿透吸附量为114.0mg/g,明显大于活性炭对油气的穿透吸附量(71.8mg/g),而且活性炭纤维床层的最高温升仅为4.7℃,低于活性炭床层温升(12.0℃);活性炭纤维对油气的吸附速率快、穿透时间短,但是能处理的油气的浓度小;活性炭重复利用18次后失活,活性炭纤维利用20次后失活。 Activated carbon and activated carbon fiber are used as adsorbents to recovery gasoline vapor,and the adsorbing performance of these two adsorbents are compared.The result shows that breakthrough adsorption capacity of activated carbon fiber is 114.0 mg/g,which is much higher than that of activated carbon,71.8 mg/g.At the same time,the temperature rise of activated carbon fiber bed,which is 4.7℃,is lower than that of activated carbon bed,12℃.For activated carbon fiber,the adsorption rate is high and the breakthrough time is short,while the inlet concentration it can deal is limited.Activated carbon is deactived after being used for 18 times,while activated carbon fiber will be deactived after being used for 20 times.
