摘要
导师是研究生教育的重要因素,调整导师与研究生的关系是实施研究生培养机制改革和提高研究生创新能力的一项重要内容。在研究生教育创新的视角下,对不同类型导师制的内涵进行比较,重点对研究生双导师制进行了解读与分析。
The graduate advisor is an important in graduate student's education.Improving the relationship between advisors and students is crucial in implementing the training mechanism of the reform and improving graduate student's innovation ability.The aim of this study is to interpret and analyze the graduate student joint-advisor system from the perspective of graduate student's education innovation,comparing to the different tutorial system implication.
