摘要
目前民航飞机货舱火警探测器普遍采用红外光电感烟器,存在响应慢和误报率高的缺陷。引入火灾发生早期出现的一氧化碳气体浓度/浓度变化量作为新的火警探测标志量,设计了烟气复合火警探头。提出了两维输入复合偏置滤波自动火警报警算法,设计了火警报警阈值调节模糊系统,根据烟雾浓度变化量和一氧化碳气体浓度变化量等动态参量,智能调整火警报警阈值,拟解决货舱单一使用红外光电感烟火警探测器使火警误报率高和响应慢的问题。模拟实验结果表明:新研制的烟气复合火警探测器比现有的红外光电感烟探测器有更低的火警误报率和更快的响应速度。
High false alarm and low response speed of infrared smoke detectors used in aircraft cargo is an existed question for aircraft fire detecting.A novel smoke-gas combined fire detector has been investigated in this paper through introducing the carbon monoxide(CO) gas concentration and its change value as new flag of early stage fire detecting.The biased filter algorithms of two sensor signals for automatic fire detection are proposed and a new fuzzy system is also designed to intelligently adjust the fire detecting predetermined threshold based on the dynamic parameters of the smoke concentration change & the CO concentration change,so as to solve the question of high false alarm and low response speed of the only infrared smoke fire detector.The simulated fire detecting experiment results show that the novel smoke-gas combined detector has extreme lower false alarm and faster response speed than those of the existed infrared photoelectric smoke detectors.
