摘要 目的分析白血病的各种影像学表现,提高白血病的影像诊断水平。方法分析20例经过证实的白血病的影像学表现。结果肝脏、脾脏肿大13例,椎体浸润13例,淋巴结浸润10例,肺部浸润并感染8例,颅内浸润、颅骨破坏7例,眼眶内浸润2例,肾脏浸润1例。主要CT和MRI表现是肝脾的肿大;椎体斑片状骨质破坏甚至病理性骨折、脊柱旁软组织肿块;肺部的网格状、结节状、斑片状影;眼眶内肿块;头颅骨的骨质破坏和软组织肿块等。结论白血病的影像表现多样,累及部位不同其影像表现也不同。CT、MRI是白血病影像检查的重要方法,能清晰显示病变的特点和范围,为临床诊断和治疗提供重要的依据。 Objective To improve the level of imaging diagnosis of leukemia by analysing the various CT and MRI performances.Methods The CT and MRI findings of leukemia proved by pathology were analysed in 20 cases.Results The liver and spleen enlargement in 13 cases,vertebral infiltration in 13 cases,lymph node infiltration in 10 cases,pulmonary infiltration and infection in 8 cases,intracranial invasion or damage to the skull in 7 cases,infiltrating the orbit in 2 cases and 1 case kidney infiltration.The main performance of CT and MRI included that the liver and spleen were enlarged;vertebral patchy bone destruction even pathological fracture,spinal adjacent soft tissue mass;the grid,nodular,patchy shadow in lungs;orbital swelling block;first skull bone destruction and soft tissue mass and so on.Conclusion The imaging features of leukemia are diverse,and the performance of their images in different parts are also different.CT,MRI that are an important imaging method to leukemia can clearly show the characteristics and extent of disease to provide an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
