升流式复合水解酸化工艺处理印染废水 被引量:8

TREATMENT OF PRINTING AND DYEING WASTEWATER BY UPFLOW ANAEROBIC HYBRID REACTOR

摘要 采用升流式水解酸化工艺处理印染废水,工艺采用脉冲布水技术,对比了相同条件下活性污泥水解酸化与复合水解(膜+泥)酸化工艺的处理效果,并考察了相同停留时间(HRT)下,不同填料状态下COD及色度的去除效果。试验结果表明:色度去除效果为复合水解>活性污泥;COD去除效果为填料分层(Ⅰ)>填料分散(Ⅱ)>活性污泥法(Ⅲ)。应用复合水解酸化工艺(Ⅰ)处理印染废水,色度和COD去除率可分别达到40%和50%,是处理印染废水的有效工艺之一。 A pilot study was conducted on the printing and dyeing wastewater of the cotton factory by upflow anaerobic hybrid process,which the pulse water distribution technology was used.The removal efficiency of COD and colority were investigated under same HRT and different condition of fillers(sludge /sludge + biofilm).The results showed that the color removal efficiency of AHR is higher than activated sludge process and the COD removal efficiency was in the order of the layered fillers(Ⅰ)>the dispersed fillers(Ⅱ)>activated sludge process(Ⅲ).When the AHR(Ⅰ)was used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater,the removal efficiency of COD and colority can reach 40% and 50%,which demonstrates the process is one of the most effective processes to treat printing and dyeing wastewater.
