摘要 病毒样颗粒(virus-like particles,VLPs)是一种不含核酸的空心病毒颗粒,形态结构上与天然病毒颗粒极其相似.其在机体内能诱发较强的体液免疫和细胞免疫,作为一种新型的候选疫苗有着良好的发展前景.对VLPs的表达系统,诱发的免疫反应及现阶段的研究进展加以综述,以期为VLPs的研究提供参考. Virus-like particles (VLPs) is a non-nucleic acid virus particles,with the same morphology to the natural virus particles.It can induce a strong humoral immunity and cellular immunity in the body as a new type of candidate vaccine with better application.This paper introduced the expression system and the immune responses of VLPs and other research progress in VLPs development,with a view to provide a reference on VLPs study.
